Love this mood board. Although Venus is my only Aquarius placement, my progressed sun has been in Aquarius half my life - and I deeply resonate with all of the Aquarius themes. The weirdo/rebel, carving your own path, feeling more at "home" in the future than the present. In Human Design, I'm born on the cross of "Individualism", so that could also be why I feel so connected to the "sign of individuation" - as you called it. It's fun reading about your Capricorn/ Aquarius blend, since those two signs are usually presented as SO different. Also I'm with you on the kitchen cabinet! :)

I love that you're aware of your progressed sun! It just add more to the picture. :) You could *also* have planets "out of bounds," which give them a Uranian / Aquarian flare. That one is hard to explain, so you'd have to look it up on google to find out. :)

I just read about you being on the cusp and realized I missed your Capricorn post and had to go back and read it!! I know we share a birthday so I was really curious how you would interpret Capricorn ❤️

I don't know the specific angles of the sun on my birth chart, but I was born at 11pm on Jan 19 so "traditionally" I'm a Capricorn, but very on-the-cusp, and I had the same reaction as you: It felt SO unlike me. I didn't see myself as the "CEO" or anything like that so I kinda resented Capricorn (which is a kind of very Aquarius response now that I think of it haha).

It wasn't until I entered my birth information into the CoStar app and it told me I was actually an Aquarius sun and Capricorn moon that it finally kinda made sense, although I do still have a lot of Capricorn in my chart. I feel like I fluctuate a LOT between the two so I have a hard time telling people what my sign actually is because it tends to come with a lengthy explanation haha

But now that I'm older, I definitely appreciate my Capricorn "roots". How you described Capricorn and Aquarius both feel accurate to me now: I can dedicate hours learning or working on something until I "master" it and I usually set really firm goals for myself, but I also tend to oppose popular opinion, and if you try to force me to do something, I can have a little bit of a "rebellious" streak 😅😂 or as much as one can as a reserved, introvert haha

Thank you so much for these beautiful moodboards and your insight into astrology! ❤️

Oh wow, Alysia! That's so fascinating that most of your life you thought you were a Capricorn when in reality you're an Aquarius. I would be *SO* curious to know what degree your Sun in Aquarius is at. If you feel like sharing, you could find out by plugging your details into astro-charts.com. Scroll below the chart and it should list what degree each planet is in. :) You could definitely be a cusp!

But also given that you are an Aquarius Sun with several Capricorn placements can give a similar vibe, where you carry both of these energies.

I've had a very similar experience as you in that I can be incredibly focused and dedicate long hours towards whatever goals are important to me, but I'm usually wanting to oppose popular opinion as well. My current fixation is trying to figure out how my family can live a more unconventional life, ha.

Happy belated birthday, by the way!!
